Nexo is provided as a free business management tool for small businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

Nexo helps you manage customers, invoices, employees, and payroll records. Optional Wallet and payment features let you collect invoice payments by bank transfer and pay employees from your Wallet when you complete your payments profile. Payment processing is provided through third-party partners; you remain responsible for accurate business and banking details.

Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business and contact information.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, payroll records, and employee data you enter.
• You must comply with applicable tax, employment, and invoicing laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nexo for unlawful activity, to send spam, to upload malicious files, or to attempt to access other businesses' data.

Availability

Nexo is offered free of charge during this early stage. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

Nexo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for business losses arising from invoice errors, payroll records, email delivery failures, or downtime.
